The Plan de Corones-Kronplatz skiing and activity mountain offers loads of possibilities for family fun all year long. The activities and programs are filled with variety and are especially well received by children.
Not only in winter: Freeride makes Kronplatz to THE meeting point for sporty people and outdoor freaks in summer too. Freeriders have the possibility to bike on 4 different trails: one with an easy-medium level of difficulty, two with an average level of difficulty and a difficult one for freeride-professionals.
Pure adrenaline is guaranteed! Let’s rock!
If you don’t feel confident enough on the bike yet, you can book some hours with a qualified Freeride Guide.
There are many rental shops around the Kronplatz where you can rent the bikes and the appropriate protectors.
To get on the top of the Kronplatz you can use the cable cars of Riscone, Valdaora, Furkelpass and San Vigilio di Marebbe.
In summer, the famous panoramic peak holds a real treat for hikers and mountain bikers. he views out onto the central Alps and the Dolomites are simply stunning. Thanks to its flat top, Kronplatz is ideal for a day out with the family and kids: Exploring the mountain is easy and convenient even with baby buggies.
Hiking with the little ones and picnics on lush green mountain meadows have never been more fun! And what’s best, there’s no need to worry about how to get your buggy etc. to the top: Just take the cable car all the way up. Sports lovers can of course reach the top of Mount Kronplatz on one of the many hiking trails.
Enjoy your summer holidays at Kronplatz!
